Recently, leveraging the advantages as a "platform" and "window" bestowed by SINOMACH-HE, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu successfully sealed a contract with SINO-HEAVYMACH for the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of the API longitudinal welded pipe production line of Xinyang Steel Plant, as part of its endeavor to practice the Group's strategy of integrating scientific research, industrial production and trade.

The upgrade project is one of the practices taken by SINOMACH-HE Chengdu to coordinate scientific research, industrial production, and trade based on the responsibility and mission entrusted by SINOMACH-HE, and also the first complete metallurgical equipment production line EPS project of SINOMACH-HE in Taiwan, China. For the first time, the complete set of tube and bar metallurgical equipment independently designed and manufactured by SINOMACH-HE is marketed outside the Chinese mainland, making the brand of "SINOMACH-HE" well-known and the business service ability and technical equipment capacity fully recognized by customers. It lays a solid foundation for further exploring the metallurgical market in Taiwan, China.

Over the years, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu has kept following up the development of the metallurgical equipment market in Taiwan, China, and has established partnerships with E United Group, Formosa Plastics Group, AMTD Group, Dragon Steel and other steel enterprises, in a bid to develop the regional market progressively. Early this year, owing to the previous friendly cooperation with E United Group, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu learned about its subsidiary Xinyang Steel Plant intending to upgrade the API longitudinal welded pipe production line, and then immediately established a project team to conduct a thorough analysis of user intentions and concrete requirements of the project. Meanwhile, the company established contact with SINO-HEAVYMACH to collaboratively promote business negotiations, technical preparations, and other related work for the project, as required by the integration of scientific research, industrial production, and trade. After several online meetings with Xinyang Steel Plant to clarify technical details and adjust the plans repeatedly, the upgrade service scheme was recognized by the user, contributing to the signing of the project.
