Recently, the heating furnace roll table frame project has been smoothly closed after three large trucks loaded with the equipment to be installed on the north side of heating furnace roll table frame and beside the heating furnace in Nippon Steel's Kamaishi plant slowly leaves the manufacturing facility of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

The project is the realization of our company's first product cooperation with Nippon Steel in this field. During project implementation, our project team has overcome many difficulties such as our partner's inappropriate design of partial drawings that has affected the production and assembly progress, high inspection requirements, power brownout due to scorching weather, and the COVID-19 pandemic. After timely communications with the customer, we eventually finished product fabrication and handover inspection.

To satisfy the Japanese side's requirements for ensuring goods departure before the Chinese New Year, the project team patrolled the assembly workshop, and coordinated the work involving packaging, transportation, customs clearance, and other necessary processes in advance. This has enabled the team to disassemble, pack and ship the equipment within three days shortly after passing the joint inspection at one time in front of the Japanese side's personnel on spot.

The successful delivery of equipment is highly praised by the customer, which has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between both sides.
