Recently, the 540MW steam turbine cylinder project signed between Sinomach-He Chengdu Heavy Machinery (CDHMC) and Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction has been successfully manufactured and shipped.

This is the first contract signed between CDHMC and Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction, signifying an opportunity as well as a responsibility. The two parties have maintained sufficient communication from the very beginning, exchanged information about business procedures, and compiled manufacturing outlines and specification documents in line with the requirements. During the implementation, the project team maintained a close contact with the client, reported production progress in a timely manner, completed various verification documents required in the client’s files, and efficiently coordinated and handled issues emerging during the manufacturing. In addition, with personnel on site, it worked closely with Erzhong (Deyang) Heavy Equipment Casting and Forging Company, prioritized product quality and production process, endeavored to collect first-hand information to form objective and sound judgment on the deviation between quality documents & manufacturing time nodes specified in the outline and the actual production condition, took responsive measures in a timely manner, and ensured sound implementation through good management, control and service.

The equipment was manufactured and delivered in time with quality and quantity assurance, which was highly recognized by the client. The effective communication and efficient project implementation enhanced the mutual understanding and strengthened the client’s confidence in long-term cooperation with CDHMC, which has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up orders of CDHMC and Erzhong Group (Deyang) Heavy Equipment and further cooperation in new fields.
