SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery, for the purpose of meeting its actual job requirements and regulating the working process, implemented the training on the Company’s management process in the multi-function hall on June 12 by organizing new recruits of 2020 and some business division employees to participate in.

This training covered finance, procurement, contract review and other contents. During the training, processes involving individual lending, expense reimbursement, procurement management, key points in contract review and other relevant processes were publicized, implemented and explained in a systematic way. What’s more, specific operations of the Company’s different online information-based systems were demonstrated and explained on the site.

Through this training on management process, the employees, especially the new recruits, have become further familiar with the Company’s regulations and working processes, offering a firm foundation for faster work adaption and work efficiency improvement.
