Recently, the SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery Labor Union deployed and launched a labor competition themed with “Emphasis on market development and laying a solid foundation for development” to further enhance its market development capabilities, lay a foundation for completing the annual tasks in 2020, and ensure the smooth realization of the annual business objectives.

This labor competition was divided into group competition and individual competition. Targeting at the business divisions and the front-line market developers and adhering to the principle of focusing on front-line market and putting quality before quantity, the business divisions will be evaluated and awarded according to the completion of the “sequential progress” of the three indicators of assessment profit, operating income, and market order. The front-line market developers will be evaluated and awarded according to the contract.
