On June 8, the Engineering Installation Division of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery conducted the pledging activity of the “Safe Production Month” respectively on the site of the overseas projects in Cambodia and Laos, themed by “Eliminating Potential Accidents to Ensure Security” and titled with “Long-term Operation Is Based on Safe Production”, for the purpose of implementing the activity requirements of the “Safe Production Month” of SINOMACH-HE, further promoting employees’ safety awareness and reinforcing the control & prevention against the accidents of field safe production.
At the beginning of the activity, the employees from the Project Department made a pledge on safety and signed their names on the banner with printed safety-related pledges to show their determination to ensure safe production. To guarantee the implementation of the activities of the “Safe Production Month” and “Long-term Operation Is Based on Safe Production”, the project departments of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery also enhanced the awareness of risk prevention for all employees by having them learn laws & regulations on safety, watch early-warning educational videos on accident & disaster and study other materials according to the actual field conditions. What’s more, in order to reinforce safety management and supervision, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery is also going to implement special investigation and control on the hidden risk of accident to eradicate the possibility of safety accidents; and implement epidemic prevention & control and emergency rescue exercise for fall-from-height accidents (incidents) so as to constantly improve the capability of responding to emergency.
Participants of this activity have set up or reinforced their concept of safe production and further enhanced their awareness that it is important to stay in line, laying an even firmer foundation for the safe production of the projects.
