SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery Convened the First Quarter Economic Operation Analysis Meeting

On March 31, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery convened the First Quarter Economic Operation Analysis Meeting at its Multi-function Hall to summarize and analyze the management and operation situation of the first quarter and decide the key emphasis in the operation and management of the second quarter. Lu Deheng, the Chief Financial Officer of SINOMACH-HE as well as the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, attended the meeting and put forward relevant work requirements. Zhang Fei, the Company's Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, chaired the meeting. Members of the Company's leadership teams attended the meeting.


During this meeting, the responsible persons of different business units respectively made an analysis report on the management in the first quarter, covering the progress of key projects, market development and the major work arrangement for the second quarter, introducing the impact on their management, dissecting the difficulties encountered in the operation and proposing corresponding improvement measures. Functional departments made a summary report on the work tasks of the first quarter and also stated the work arrangement for the second quarter. During the concluding remarks, Lu Deheng emphasized that, in the face of the great hardship in 2020 and the severe objective conditions in market development, all departments and divisions should make overall planning and coordination, proceed with firm confidence and spare no efforts, so as to win this fight against the pandemic and the battle in the field of production and operation. Lu Deheng requested the Company to be proactive in innovating the methods of business operation in order to get rid of the dependence on past traditional paths, turn current crises into opportunities, explore resources of different sides and collect information in an extensive manner. He also noted that, during the pandemic, it was necessary to maintain the relationship with customers, enhance the emotional connection with customers and increase customer stickiness so as to promote market competitiveness of the Company.


Lu Deheng also shared his understanding of "what is good business management" and "the future development of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery" on the meeting, stressed that the priority of a company in management is to define itself and find its orientation; a company should retain bravery in the confrontation of any hardship, show no fear in overcoming difficulties, develop the capability of seizing chances and strive with a positive attitude, so as to make constant progress in the service chain; company management should be based on business development and be continuously improved as the business development; should properly handle the relation between innovation and risk management as well as the relation between scale and effectiveness; and a company's work of Party construction should contribute to its business operation. 


After the meeting, the General Management Department organized an anonymous appraisal in accordance with the Company's specifications for performance assessment, involving participating leaders and the employees and middle-level executives of business units, to assess the performance index accomplishment of functional departments in the first quarter.


The Company's middle-level executives, relevant personnel of all divisions, departments and business units participated in the meeting.
