On the afternoon of December 19, Han Xiaojun, temporary Party secretary and president of SINOMACH-HE visited CDHMC for survey and research, accompanied by Lu Deheng, chief financial officer of SINOMACH-HE.

During the survey and research seminar, Han Xiaojun listened to reports covering the development situation, Party building work and business operation since the foundation, the major working principles in 2020, comprehensive strategic plan in the next 5 years and items requiring support.

Han Xiaojun highly recognized the business work and outstanding achievements since the foundation of CDHMC, and praised the effort in the cause of the Party building. According to him, the strategic position of CDHMC is compliant with the overall strategic requirements of SINOMACH-HE and a clear strategic target is embraced by all. He placed much emphasis on enhancing the internal resource coordination in SINOMACH-HE, boosting the collective efficiency in technology, sales, human resources and other aspects, and progressing internal and external resource integration with overseas engineering projects, international trade and services as its foundation, thus speeding up the establishment of overseas sales system. And more attention should be paid to the guidance of ideology, enhancement of business and production safety and of employees’ risk awareness when working overseas.

During the period, Han Xiaojun responded to all items that required coordination and support from SINOMACH-HE.

Lu Deheng fully confirmed the advantages of structural simplicity and inflow of young blood, and placed emphasis on utilizing advantageous resources, strengthening coordinating awareness and cooperation with brother enterprises, and increasing caution and prevention of business risks.

After the seminar, Han Xiaojun visited all departments and divisions of CDHMC. He expressed his appreciation towards all personnel, and encourage them to strengthen their confidence, carry on the responsibility handed over by SINOMACH-HE and facilitate the quality development of CDHMC.

CDHMC Party secretary and president Xiao Ping who was out on business handed over the report work to Zhang Fei, general manager, deputy Party secretary of CDHMC and the representative of the CDHMC leading group. Members of the leading group and department heads performed the reports and relevant personnel of SINOMACH-HE participated the survey and research work.
