On the morning of December 25, CDHMC convened 2019 summing-up and commendation meeting in the Multifunctional Room. Xiao Ping, deputy general manager of SINOMACH-HE, CDHMC Party secretary and president, launched the speech themed as “Strengthening our faith and effort to bring in the quality development for CDHMC”. Zhang Fei, CDHMC Party secretary and president, made his work report “Making long-term and continuous progress to promote quality advancement”. Directors, supervisors, leading group members and all personnel in China at that time attended the meeting. Company’s deputy general manager Li Guangtian chaired the meeting.

Zhang Fei made a comprehensive conclusion in his work report covering the business work, operation and management, Party building and discipline inspection. He analyzed the problems and defects appearing in the course of business, and made arrangement and deployment accordingly. Zhang Fei pointed out that in the new year, all members are expected to strengthen their confidence, carry forward the spirit of overriding difficulties and the sense of mission, sparing no effort in promoting the quality advancement and achieving the strategic goals proposed by SINOMACH-HE.

Xiao Ping pointed out that in spite of the accomplishment of all assessment indicators and praise of partial achievements, all members should soberly recognize existing difficulties and deficiencies with no negligence at all. The year 2020 is central in implementing CDHMC’s 2020-2024 strategic guideline as well as in consolidating the foundation of the quality and sustainable development. Following points were also highlighted by Xiao Ping. First, all should stick firmly to the guidance of quality Party building, ensure quality development, study and carry out the thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era by President Xi Jinping and spirit summed up in the 19th CPC National Congress and the second, third and fourth plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee. All members are expected to implement the requirements of the Central Committee for comprehensively and strictly governing the party and raise the quality of Party building. Second, we should strengthen and deepen the achievements themed as “Remain true to the original aspiration and keep the mission firmly in mind”. We should complete the latter part of the themed education by upgrading systems of theoretical learning, Party spirit education, service for the public, clean governance and self-discipline, thus forming a normal situation and remain effective for a long time. Third, we should improve the economic operation management and control and exercise all rules and regulations, ensuring the efficient operation. The year 2019 focused on the strategy design and upgrade of rules and regulations while the year 2020 highlights the implementation and execution. As a result, all members are required to improve their efficiency and strengthen the dynamic management and control upon CDHMC, thus consolidating the basis of development.

During the meeting, CDHMC awarded the advanced team, employees and personnel in 2019, calling for all to learn from and carry forward their achievements, thus enhancing enterprise cohesion and exercise the collective wisdom.
