After playing the National Anthem, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery Ltd,. Co. (hereinafter referred to “CDHMC”) convened the first session of the first workers congress in the Multifunctional Room on the afternoon of December 25. 26 employee representatives from 6 departments of CDHMC attended the meeting. Lu Jianbang, chairman of CDHMC Labour Union, was responsible for the presiding work.

Employee representatives present listened carefully to the preparation report of the workers congress and learned about the essence of speech by Xiao Ping, deputy general manager of SINOMACH-HE, CDHMC Party secretary and president, in 2019 Summing-up and Commendation Meeting. Besides, the meeting confirmed and passed the 2019 work report by Zhang Fei, general manager and deputy Party secretary, the report on business entertainment expense, the CDHMC Labour Union expenditure audit report, the working conclusion of CDHMC Labour Union in 2019, working plan in 2020 and the major principles and regulations concerning employees’ interests namely job competition, employment and appointment and labour contract. The meeting passed the resolution of the first session of the first workers congress, and awarded the outstanding Union cadres and active members in this year.

This meeting complies with the practical spirit and the representatives completed their deliberation and resolution work with a serious and responsible attitude. The meeting presents to be significant one in promoting democratic management and cultivating employee representative’s capacity to participate and discuss, playing a significant role in the history of CDHMC.
