On December 24, CDHMC convened the fourth meeting of the first board of directors in the Conference Room 1. The meeting was chaired by Xiao Ping, president of CDHMC.

During the meeting, attenders listened to the reports in many aspects covering the financial budget execution, the comprehensive risk management, the comprehensive operation and management in 2019 and the financial budget preparation in 2020. In addition, related subjects were deliberated and items of communication conference of the board of directors to be resolved were confirmed.

Zhang Fei, Liu Jianling, Wang Jianguo, directors of CDHMC, Qi Fei, employee director, Niu Baiqian, Xu Haichuan,  supervisors of CDHMC, Wu Yutang, employee supervisor and relevant personnel from the office of the board of directors attended the meeting.
