From the 9th to 10th of December, Mr. Hirai, general manager of Primetals Technologies Japan, Mr. Ogawa, general manager of China’s PT, Mr. Yoshi, executive director of PTJ, Mr. Fujieda, vice president and general manager of global supplier management of China’s PT and Mr. Miura，general responsible person of PTJ outsourcing procurement paid a visit to EHEC and CDHMC. Yan Jie, deputy general manager of SINOMACH-HE, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the board of EHEC, Li Juncheng, general manager of EHEC and Li Guangtian, deputy general manager of CDHMC undertook the reception of the delegation.
Yan Jie, on behalf of SINOMACH-HE, extended his warm welcome to the delegation and sincere gratitude towards PTJ’s support in the cooperation for many years. He held a strong wish that on the basis of multiple-form and multi-tiered collaboration in metallurgy, both sides will join hands with each other in more fields and face to the complex and volatile international situation.
Li Chengjun reviewed the process of EHEC and CDHMC signing the U.S. ESP endless continuous casting tanderm rolling mill project with China’s PT. He pointed out that EHEC will spare no effort in ensuring project quality and delivery in time and giving clients a satisfactory outcome. Meanwhile he proposed the vision of further strategic cooperation and put forward the plan of deep collaboration in technology, manufacturing , management and other sectors, thus elevating the competitiveness in Chinese market and beyond and increasing their sales share.
0According to Li Guangtian, in spite of the changing of the system and the senior leaders of both enterprises, the friendship with PTJ should be passed on and the strategic partnership with other PTJ companies are also expected. PTJ suggests that the both sides should conduct profound discussion over the upgrading of technology and material and the simplicity of processing techniques in order to raise the domestic and international competitiveness. Both sides highly recognize the suggestion and make full preparation. At the same time, both sides will explore new cooperation mode in the test and inspection work of the first signing of the U.S. ESP endless continuous casting tanderm rolling mill project with China’s PT to promote the smooth project implementation and lay a solid foundation for further projects.
Mr. Hirai expressed his appreciation to the warm reception of CDHMC and EHEC and to the efforts in the sizing machine and flying shear equipment of the Mexico Ternium 2050mm Hot Continous Rolling Mill Project. He praised the vision of future collaboration and was ready to cooperate with CDHMC and EHEC and develop more cooperating fields by utilizing the know-hows, management of PT as well as the manufacturing techniques of EHEC. According to Mr. Hirai, another delegation will be sent to visit EHEC next February and conduct meaningful exchanges over enhancing mutual cooperation in all aspects and thriving in the domestic and international market.
This visit was vigorously promoted by PTJ project team and is the highest level delegation from the Japanese side over years. It will create a new situation for both sides to launch future cooperation. During the inspection period, the delegation visited the Exhibition Center, Casting and Forging Company and Heavy Machinery Branch.
