Recently, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery held an economic operation analysis meeting in the multi-function hall of the company, summed up the economic operation in the third quarter, analyzed the problems and deficiencies, deployed the fourth quarter operation work, mobilized the leaders and workers of all departments to pragmatically and unswervingly complete the annual targets. Company leaders attended the meeting, and the company’s general manager Zhang Fei chaired the meeting and put forward a few work requirements.

Zhang Fei fully recognized  the performance of all departments in the third quarter, and stressed that at present, the company is carrying out in-depth "staying true to the mission, bearing the mission in mind" theme education, all departments should take it as an opportunity, and strive to fulfill the annual work goals and tasks. To address the problems exposed in the current operation, targeted measures should be formulated and rectified continuously. Zhang Fei required that leaders at all levels should shift thinking pattern quickly, try their best to develop projects or products with market competitiveness, ensure the market reserves and project increment, and achieve breakthroughs in new fields as soon as possible. At the same time, it is necessary to actively implement the strategy of "science, industry and trade collaboration, driven by internationalization" of SINOMACH-HE, and carry out the coordinative business with internal enterprises of SINOMACH-HE.

Zhang Fei said that the fourth quarter is a crucial period for achieving the annual target, which requires clearly defined tasks and the specific responsibilities. All departments must specify the target responsibilities, fully recognize the pressure challenges, prevent risks, relieve bottleneck, accurately take advantage of the favorable conditions and opportunities to increase confidence, unswervingly accomplish the goals and tasks of the year, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of SINOMACH-HE with strong measures.

The meeting notified the completion of the company's operating indicators in the third quarter. The function departments and business departments of the company respectively reported the economic operation in the third quarter and the key work arrangements in the fourth quarter. The meeting was attended by the middle-level and above leaders of the company, the second-level and above project managers of the business department and some managers of function departments.
