On September 17, Mr. P. Deller, who is responsible for owner's joint inspection of the Mexico Ternium 2050mm Hot Continuous Rolling Mill Project signed between SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery and Japan's PTJ, arrived Erzhong Equipment and conducted joint inspection on the rough rolling rack, vertical roll, roller bed and other equipment, and confirmed manufacturing progress of relevant equipment. Mr. Tsutsui, Project Manager of PTJ, Mr. Okada, quality responsible person, Mr. Wakita, site representative, as well as members of PTJ Project of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Machinery and relevant responsible persons of Erzhong Equipment also participated in the joint inspection in the whole process.
The Mexico Ternium Hot Continuous Rolling Mill Project is the first order worth over RMB one hundred million signed between SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Machinery and PTJ since the establishment of the former, which is a new breakthrough obtained since the implementation of the "stabilizing stock and increasing sales" strategy of its International Trading Division. To receive joint inspection on the first batch of equipment to be conducted by Mexican owners, the Project Team meticulously coordinated with PTJ and Erzhong Equipment from the aspects of planning, organization and tracking on site, and solved relevant issues in time. As a result, this project passed the inspection at a time and was highly recognized by the owner. Currently, over thousands of tons of equipment including the roughing mill, vertical roll and motor frame are being packed and are estimated to be delivered to Shanghai through land-water transportation on the 19th day, and then be shipped to the site of Mexico.
Orderly proceeding of this project further strengthened the synergy competency of the affiliated companies of SINOMACH-HE and took a solid step for SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery to positively accomplish the mission of driving SINOMACH-HE products to "go out".
