Recently, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery has successfully won the bid of the electrical installation engineering of the Oil Product Refining Project of Lao-China Dongyan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. in Laos, which is a new breakthrough of the company in exploiting overseas market in the field of engineering installation.

The scope of contract for the bid includes all electrical and instrument installation for the gasoline reforming plant, diesel hydrogenation refining plant, sulfur recovery and purified petroleum benzene extracting plant as well as auxiliary public works plant of the project.  During development of the project, the Engineering Installation Division of the company won trust of the client with their abundant overseas construction experience, professional management and technical plans and reasonable cost budgets, which eventually facilitated the winning of the bid.  Currently, the project team has started construction preparation. During implementation of the project, they will continue to adhere to the philosophy of "projectized organization, specialized operation, delicate management, standardized promoting and internationalized driving" to construct the project into one with high quality, so as to make contributions to the great cause of constructing SINOMACH-HE into "a high-end and integrated heavy equipment service provider ranking the top both at home and broad".

According to reports, the Oil Product Refining Project is located in the Laos Settha Comprehensive Development Zone, with a designed annual output of 300,000t gasoline and 500,000t diesel as well as relevant secondary products, which can meet 60% of the oil product demand in domestic market of Laos.  After establishment, this project will effectively fill the blank of Laos in the petroleum refining industry, contribute to stability and safety of oil supply in this country and play a vital role in sustained, steady and healthy development of Laos' economy.
