Sail in a New Era and Progress Just in Time ——Successful Close of 2019 New Employee Training of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery

To enable the new employees to comprehend the enterprise culture more profoundly and better adapt themselves to the company environment, and to further strengthen their senses of belonging and responsibility, SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery carried out the 2019 new employee training from August 20 to 22, 2019. 14 employees from different departments of the company participated in this training. The training covered items from the company profile, organizational structure, basis management system, integrity warning education to the visit to production sites of Erzhong Group, outdoor extending activities, etc., which achieved anticipated effects and turned out to be successful.


At the new employee meeting exchange meeting held in the morning on August 20, the company's deputy general managers Li Guangtian and Zhu Hongbing shared their precious working experience respectively and expressed their expectation that the new employees should modestly learn from their colleagues, summarize and improve continuously and empower themselves in a short period to undertake important tasks.


General manager Zhang Fei also delivered a speech and hoped that the new employees would start their work from "habit" and "attitude", and develop good working habits. Meanwhile, he put forward his expectation for the new employees from three aspects: first, to adjust themselves to the company and teams as well as the working environment as fast as they can and to strengthen their team awareness and spirit; second, to work in their roles, master working skills, meet working requirements and improve their working performance in a short period; third, to improve their personal quality continuously, give full play to their intelligence so as to undertake major tasks and contribute to fast and high-quality development of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery. Zhang also said "I hope all your guys here will soon find your value and achieve your value both in work and in development of the company".

Later, a series of trainings on the company profile, organizational structure, basic management system and work flow were carried out by responsible persons of each department who introduced pragmatic work flows demanded in work based on the reality and in an easy-to-understand approach, which laid a foundation for the new employees to quickly adapt themselves to the new working environment.


On August 21, the company organized the new employees to have visited Sichuan Aba Prison and gave them a class of integrity and warned them about the importance of integrity and law abiding. Later in visit to the production site of Erzhong Heavy Equipment, the employees witnessed the powerful heavy equipment manufacturing capability and the massive manufacturing scenes of SINOMACH-HE, which provided an opportunity for them to further learn SINOMACH-HE and comprehend "aspiration" & "mission" of Erzhong in a visual and intuitive way. In the outdoor extending activities, a series games, such as CS confrontation, team water collection, accomplishing in 60s and crossing graduation wall, were carried out for young employees to have deepened their mutual understanding and recognition and developed their ability of teamwork.


At the new employ training summary meeting, a representative of the old staff shared a thought that "All difficulties vanish in front of diligence" and hoped that the other old staff would continue to carry on the spirit of "It is never too old to make a difference", play their leading roles, and help the new employees to quickly integrate into the teams and develop their abilities to shoulder greater missions. A representative of new employees said "As new members of SINOMACH-HE Chengdu Heavy Machinery, we will bear dreams in our mind, remain true to our aspiration, keep the mission firmly in our mind to study hard in our working positions and empower ourselves as fast as we can". Three days of training came to a successful end in an atmosphere full of unity, cooperation, energy and vitality.
